TRANSCRIPT: back into the schedule. the university of kentucky celebrated a milestone this morning. construction on the new college of pharmacy building is topping out. the final piece of iron was hoisted into place this morning with a small evergrann tree atop it...which symbolizes growht and luck. the beam willl be painted white and signed by faculty, staff and student. sot the project is not completed, but has reached its maximum height. another storm threatening the atlantic coast.
